Rest Stop Tent Sponsor - 2010

This year's Vista Charity Nite Owl Ride -- to be held from 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17 to 8 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, 2010 -- is a unique 12-hour fundraising event. The course loops around the Vista in Columbia, crosses the historic Gervais Street Bridge and loops around the Vista in West Columbia. The event benefits Children's Chance, the S.C. Philharmonic, the Foundation for the S.C. Commission for the Blind, and the Lance Armstrong Foundation.

The Nite Owl Ride challenges cyclists to ride throughout the night to support these worthy causes

Each Nite Owl Rest Stop Tent Sponsor will be responsible for providing a rest tent for riders including a special "theme" (i.e. Hawaiian, beach, or one that represents your business) a tent, chairs and/or cots, drinks (water coolers with water or Gatorade that the cyclist can refill their water bottles), snacks (fig newtons, bananas, M&M’s, crackers, oranges, etc.). Sponsors are responsible for having volunteers man their tents.

Cost: $50.00 (business name/logo will be listed on the official website and any program material that goes out) Logo must be received by August 27th 2010.

    1. Rest Stop Tents must be set up by 6:30 pm and will break down at 8:00am the next morning.
    2.  Vendors/Exhibitors are allowed to give away promotional items.
    3.  Each rest stop tent sponsor is responsible for providing their table and chairs. Tents no larger than 12 x 12
    4.  Each rest stop tent sponsors is expected to stay until 8:00am.
    5.  Vendor/Exhibitors space will be outside please be prepared for the weather.
